This is a small Mom & Pop restaurant located in the northern part of the city of Florence, Oregon on Highway 101. Rosa has the best fresh chips and salsa around…and it is full of great chunks of tomatoes and other great and spicy ingredients. The fresh chips just allow you to spoon it in!The menu is flexible for all tastes including vegetarians.
