As President & CEO of the Florence Area Chamber of Commerce, she combines decades of experience as a business owner, consultant, and community leader with a deep commitment to helping businesses and communities succeed. A fourth-generation Pacific Northwest native, Bettina is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM), WACE Academy, and the Business Leads Fellowship Program. She is dedicated to promoting Florence, fostering partnerships, and creating opportunities that strengthen Oregon's Coastal Playground for generations to come.

Steve serves as the Florence Area Chamber of Commerce's Director of Events & Creative Design, where he combines award-winning creative talent with a passion for bringing ideas to life. With more than 35 years of experience in branding, marketing, and visual communications, Steve leads the creative direction for Chamber events, tourism promotions, and marketing initiatives. His thoughtful approach to design, storytelling, and collaboration helps create memorable experiences for visitors, members, and the community while strengthening the Florence brand and supporting the Chamber's mission to champion business and promote Florence.
