Florence Forward exists to foster meaningful relationships, build community, and create a stronger Florence for the next generation of leaders. We’re an inclusive group driven by connection, growth, and belonging. This is about more than networking—it’s about real friendships, shared goals, and shaping the future of Oregon’s Coastal Playground.
Monthly Meet-Ups
We host monthly connection events to bring people together in fun, welcoming spaces. Whether it’s happy hour at a local restaurant, a behind-the-scenes business tour, a beach cleanup, or a coffee-and-convo morning—every month is a new chance to meet awesome people and get involved.

Florence Forward is open to young professionals ages 21 to 45 living or working in the greater Florence area. We welcome entrepreneurs, creatives, tradespeople, remote workers, nonprofit leaders, hospitality pros, and everyone in between.
