Making Spirits Bright – Holiday Fun in Florence

Plan your holiday fun in Florence! These activities and more will keep you and yours shopping and supporting local! The Luminary Walk - Will begin on SHOP SMALL Saturday November 27. This course map  will lead "star gazers" to participating locations where locals and visitors will collect stars. Once you've have collected 12 stars, you can mail or drop off your maps to the Visitor Center at 290 Hwy 101 by Noon on December 4th to be entered to win a gift. Drawing will take place on Saturday December 4th at 6pm in front of the gazebo in Old Town Park on Bay St. This is the night of the City Tree Lighting which will be held at 5:30 pm. Happy Wrappers will be at Florence Habitat ReStore to wrap your gifts.  The wrappers will wrap gifts purchased at ReStore or from other stores.  Wrapping is complimentary, donations are appreciated.  Wrapping paper/gift bags and bows will be provided.  All proceeds will benefit Florence Habitat for Humanity.

C.R.O.W.’s Holiday Window Display & Parking Lot Radio Show

C.R.O.W. Center for the Performing Arts 3120 Hwy 101, Florence

Starting on Thursday, December 2, the public can come and enjoy C.R.O.W.’s four “dazzling” Holiday window displays and listen to an original parking lot radio show! The windows will be illuminated every night in December from 5 pm to 8 pm, with an extra special effect ONLY available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5-8 pm, in conjunction with the parking lot radio show. But what is a “parking lot radio show,” you might ask? It’s simple. All you need to do is back your car into a space facing the building, and tune into the FM station specified on the sign. Then, sit back and enjoy four short stories which match the windows. In addition to the stories, there will be hilarious made-up commercials, a fake weather report, adorable Holiday jokes, Dear Santa letters read by kids, and much more. C.R.O.W. Live Music & Free Hot Cocoa


C.R.O.W. proudly announces a special outdoor live vocal music event, to take place on December 11th from 5:30-7 pm at the C.R.O.W. Center for the Performing Arts – 3120 Hwy 101 in Florence. The event will feature several “C.R.O.W. kids” who will entertain audiences in the parking lot (weather permitting) with holiday songs & cheer. Hot chocolate will be provided to guests. Guests must wear facial coverings/masks and maintain social distancing, during this event for the safety of everyone in attendance.
