2016 Award Categories

Community Caring Award: will go to a business that supports non-profits and projects that enhance the community.

“Stu Johnston” Business of the Year Award: will go to a business that has demonstrated long-term or significant business success and has shown strong and active community involvement.

Non-Profit Achievement Award: will go to a non-profit organization that demonstrates good stewardship of donor dollars and sound business practices, while meeting commitment to its organization mission.

Excellence in Customer Service: will go to a business that is dedicated to outstanding customer service and satisfaction in all aspects of sales and services.

Curb Appeal: will go to a business that strives to maintain a physically attractive business.

Innovation in Business: will be awarded to a business that has introduced an innovative product or service, or operates in a mode where innovation is built into the culture of the company.

Directions: 

  • Please fill out the information completely.
  • Companies can be nominated for more than one category if they qualify.
  • Nominees must be chamber members, non-members can be nominated, but to be eligible they must become a member.

Siuslaw Business Award nominations must be submitted by December 11, 2016.
First Citizen Award nominations must be submitted by December 18, 2016.
