Peterson’s Pretzels

We are a food trailer that offers made from scratch, freshly baked soft pretzels, pretzel bites, sweet and savory stuffed pretzels, boxes and platters of pretzels and bites, and baked pretzel dogs. We also include a key step in proper pretzel making that most pretzel makers skip; boiling the pretzels prior to baking.
