The Ukranian method of Pysanky, or wax-resist egg dyeing, has been around for generations, and is a traditional gift given on special occasions. Perfect for your Easter gatherings! Kassy Keppol, professional children's book illustrator & the brains behind Dragon Art Florence, will demonstrate the step-by-step process of layering wax-resist designs and dyes onto a hollow egg to create a unique and beautiful keepsake. This workshop will be hosted open- house style; drop in anytime between 2pm-5pm to work on your egg project. Make it a family night, or a memorable date night experience! Please plan for up to two hours of working and cleanup time. Suitable for adults, teens, and kids with parental/adult assistance. Experience with drawing, painting or crafting is helpful, but not necessary.
