Whatever it Takes to Build Great Futures
How does a disadvantaged kid from Florence go from a hopeless future to a hardworking, industrious, self-respecting young adult? Through your support of the Boys & Girls Club of Western Lane County.
Each year the Boys & Girls Club hosts one of the area’s most fun, hilarious, and spectacular events. The Annual Fraudville Lip–Sync Contest will take place on February 8, 2020, at the Florence Events Center from 5pm – 9pm. We’d like to see you there.
This year’s theme is The Spirit of Aloha. The goal is to raise $50,000 while providing you a memorable evening of fun, music and entertainment, and live and silent auctions as you support the ongoing success of this vital organization.
Aloha is being welcomed, loved, and accepted as family instantaneously and unconditionally. When kids come to the CLUB, they are embraced by the Spirit of Aloha. It is the heartbeat of The CLUB.
During the evening, you will hear heartwarming stories of how you help scores of at-risk youth in our community. You will perpetuate and help celebrate the important role the afterschool programs play in keeping the children in Florence safe, engaged, inspired, and preparing them to be successful adults. Tickets for this fun-filled event are only $35 for General Admission and $50 for VIP Seating.
All of our financial support is provided directly from generous community members like you, and all of the proceeds go directly to benefit boys and girls in our community.
Join us on Saturday, February 8, 2020, to help prepare our kids for the world that awaits them, as they become leaders through CLUB academic programs like Power Hour and Summer Brain Gain as well as sports programs, and mentoring/life skills programs such as Managing Money, SMART Girls, Passport To Manhood, and the Florence Air Academy.
